ParadeCondos, 21 Ice Boat Terrace and 151 Dan Leckie Way respectively, are minutes from the lake, have quick access to transit and are a literal stones throw from the Rogers Center/Sky Dome. Just a few blocks south is some great shopping at the Eaton Centre or if youre more adventurous, Queen West. The Parade buildings are quite unique and the top floor will contain two of the citys most distinctive condos a 3,700 square-foot suite with terrace of 668 square feet in the square building, Parade. The round tower, Parade2, will house a 4,200-square-foot condo with 823 square feet on its terrace. Dubbed the SkySuites, each will have three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Ceilings will reach 10-1/2 feet in the living and dining rooms, and kitchens and both condos, with views of the city to the north and Lake Ontario to the south, are scheduled for occupancy in 2014. Although the luxury of the SkySuites cannot be afforded by all of us, the beautiful building and amenities inside can be shared by all. Another added attraction is the impressive new Skybridge, a landmark amenity space that will be available for anyone living in the Parade towers to make use of. Thirty storeys up in the air, the Skybridge is 23 feet tall and stretches 130 feet in length. Though only the purchasers of the two distinct condos will have the privilege of enjoying the bridges panoramic views around the clock, all residents of Parade2 will have access to the Skybridges newly opened lower level amenity space, the SkyLounge, which includes a party room and two bars plus the glass viewing floor for the Parade towers.
